At ForDaughter.com we have the best refund policy if you got any faulty product or if the product was not delivered as per your order placed. Here are few terms and conditions for the refund.
Standard warranty period is 2 days for a faulty product.
We will provide a replacement or a store credit in such a scenario. You need to notify us in a timely manner at firstname.lastname@example.org
We will happily provide a replacement item or a refund if the item you have received is faulty and you notify us within the above timeframe. But make sure that you reply to our email of size confirmation and shipping address confirmation within 36 hours of our email (email@example.com) for express shipping and 48 hours for free shipping customers. If we do not get a response from your end in a given timeframe, we usually send one size larger than the ordered one. This is our standard policy to ensure that the outfits aren’t too fit if the size is smaller. The bigger size can be tweaked but the smaller can’t be. Also, the refund can be only provided if the products are sent back to our warehouse (return shipping costs have to be paid by the customer).
Replacements are not given for damaged packaging, we can only replace goods that are faulty on arrival.
Please notify us as soon as possible if you believe there is an issue, so we can resolve it for you!
A certain amount would be deducted if you have placed a wrong order or wrong size. For example, you needed a medium size dress and you ordered a large size dress. In such a case, you need to check the size chart and then place your order. In short, if you order or purchase a wrong product from ForDaughter.com, 10% of the total received amount will be deducted and then the refund will be processed accordingly.
If you have received an incorrect item please contact “firstname.lastname@example.org” within 48 hours of the receipt of the product.
- We will dispatch the new item at no additional cost
It is mandatory for a customer to provide us with a picture of an incorrect item so we can process it from our end. It is also necessary to pack and ship the item back to us (return shipping is paid by the customer). Upon receipt of the “incorrect item”, we will send you a new item.
Note: This is not applicable to the customers who don’t respond to the size confirmation emails within 48 hours. We can provide them a refund but the outfits have to be sent back to our warehouse and the shipping costs are to be paid by the customer. Of course, the replacement outfit will be sent to the customer free of cost and in that case, the shipping cost would be on us.
For the following conditions, we do not accept return/ refund request
We cannot accept returns for
- Customized items specially made for you
- Bulk orders that we have specially ordered in from our suppliers at your request.
- Items that have been damaged by makeup when trying on – please remove your makeup first!
- Items that have been altered in any way.
- Items that are worn or dirty or torn
